    Hello, panda.
Are you the one who usually expressed your ideas and opinions in various newsgroup with user name ‘panda’?

    Long time no see.

Is it OK if I express my opinion about IT in your website? It is better to get your permission first as the conetent is usually ‘unwelcomed’ by the rest of IT community.

Did you read Charles Mok’s article on Monday’s HK Economic Journal?

    What you you think?

    Do you mean this (http://charlesmok.blogspot.com/2007/10/blog-post_2118.html)?

I agree with his concern/disappointment about the lack of IT vision in the CE’s policy address. However I do not agree completely with the “recommendation” part. Use of technology by the government should be driven by the way citizen being served, not the other way round.

I support the registration/certification of IT professional.

The word (IT人)that you hate appears on Samson Tam’s website. (http://www.samsontam.hk/category/it-people)

So it is unsurprising to see people calling IT practitioner IT人. The reason is very simple, there is no better alternative that is easy to understand and wide-spreadly use by the society.

Is it time to IT practitioner IT人? Or you still laugh at people using the term IT practitioner IT人?

    佢真係IT人就唔使成日強調”IT人”啦.

Than the same question, what is the definition of IT人?

Being the chairman of an IT company and candidate-to-be of IT functional constitution, I don’t see your argument that he is not an IT人.
